Roshiontextile’s quality assurance (QA) department has built a standardized quality-management system that spans all of the departments, teams, affiliations, and mills that we work with. All fibers, yarns, fabrics, trims, WIP, and finished garments are also part of this system. Customers who work with us have come to rely on this process. They know garments will be inspected on the sewing line during production and that each order must pass our internal AQL inspection before shipment.

Testing

We can work with a customer’s preferred testing agency, including BV, SGS, and ITS. We are able to include third-party testing as part of the development and production processes. Knowing your requirements upfront helps every style be set up for a well-planned, on-time delivery. This ensures that your styles are safe for your customers and meet all your requirements.

Inspection

In addition to our inner quality control, we are happy to implement any additional QC inspections that our customers may require. To do this, we work with the customer to communicate when their styles are ready for inspection. We provide a production schedule for each style so that customers know when a style is planned to start and complete production. This way, customers can schedule their in-line and final quality checks without holding up or altering the production schedule. If a customer wants to include third-party testing or specific QC services, we can work with their designated vendor as needed.
