We have 2 experienced CAD pattern makers, and 3-5 sample machinists. provides a fast and efficient development sampling turnaround. The monthly capacity is 200-300pcs.

Fit samples turnaround time:If fabric and trims are available, We can finish 1st fit within one week(make pattern and sample),If fabric need digital print,2-3 weeks for fit.If fabric need special weaving for sample yardage,35-40 days for 1st fit.

Fabric mill

We build long-term cooperation with digital print,screen print,solid dyeing and yarn-dyed fabric mills

We also work with stock market fabric for small and quick orders

We are able to do all kinds fabrics of :Linen,Ramie,viscose crepe,viscose yoryu,silk yoryu,silk satin,silk crepe,viscose satin .etc

Organic cotton woven fabric: Solid, print , yarn-dyed. Product type: Satin , chino , 30S&45S poplin, 60S Voile, oxford cloth, flannel , canvas.

Organic cotton knit fabric: Solid, print , yarn-dyed. Various weight of jersey fabric ,interlock ,French terry ,French terry with blush. Etc.

Recycled poly fabrics: Solid, print , yarn-dyed. fabric types: Satin, chiffon, taffeta, oxford cloth, tricot, tulle, mesh taffeta with water resistant coated, oxford cloth with water resistant coated, polar fleece, denim and canvas.

LENZING Eco-vero rayon fabric: Solid, print , yarn-dyed. Various weight of rayon fabrics ,rayon&viscose blend fabrics Etc.

We have three factories, two for woven ,the rest for knit

Usually monthly capacity is 100,000units per month,40,000-60,000 units for woven,30,000-50,000units for knit
